How does real-time collaboration work?
Multiple team members can open the same document simultaneously and see each other's changes as they happen — like a shared document, but on waxTable's true-to-print paginated canvas. No merge conflicts, no version juggling.
What's a workspace?
A workspace is a fully separated space with its own brand profile, documents, contacts and team members. Agencies running multiple brands or client teams use workspaces to keep everything cleanly partitioned — no bleed between clients.
What's in the audit trail?
An immutable record of every meaningful action on a document: who created it, who edited it, when it was sent, and who approved it. It's the answer to “who changed this and when” for any document that carries commercial or legal weight.
Can I restore a document that was accidentally deleted or overwritten?
Yes. Version history gives you a restore point for any meaningful state the document passed through, and recently deleted restores documents that were removed. Neither requires contacting support.
