How does read tracking work?
When a client opens your shared document link, waxTable records the open and tracks engagement — when it was opened and how much was read. You see this in the document's activity view and can time your follow-up to real interest, not the calendar.
Does the document look good as a web link?
Yes. The share link opens a private, branded web page designed to look like your company made it — the same design the document has, presented cleanly in a browser. Clients read it without downloading anything.
What happens if an approver is on holiday?
Out-of-office cover automatically reroutes the approval to a covering team member, so the deal doesn't stall waiting for someone to get back. You configure cover in settings — it runs automatically from then on.
Can I send from my own email address?
Yes. waxTable sends via your own sending domain, so the email appears to come from your company address. Recipients see your domain in the From header, not a waxTable or third-party address.
Can I recall a document after it's been sent?
Yes. If something changes after a document has gone out — a pricing error, a scope change — you can recall it, which deactivates the share link. You update the document and resend in one click.
