The tools that write proposals, priced and compared. Every page names what that product is genuinely better at, because you have probably already tried one.

Compare waxTable

Fifteen tools that produce proposals, quotes and contracts. Each page below states what that product is genuinely better at before it argues for waxTable — you have probably already tried one of them, and a comparison that pretends otherwise is not worth reading.

Plans and prices were read from each vendor's own pricing page on 9 August 2026. Several of these publish no pricing at all — where that is the case, the card says so.

Questions, answered

Which proposal tool should I choose?

It depends on what is actually slow. If sending, signing and CRM tracking are the bottleneck, the established platforms are built for that. If writing the document is the bottleneck — the scoping, the pricing, the layout — that is what waxTable replaces. Each comparison page below says which is which.

Are these comparisons fair?

Every page names what the other product is genuinely better at, in its own block, and links that vendor's own pricing page so you can check us. Prices are dated, because an undated price becomes false the moment a vendor re-prices.

How current is the pricing shown?

Every plan and price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 9 August 2026 and is shown as published on that date. Check the vendor before relying on it — several of them do not publish pricing at all, and those cards say so.
