Terms of Service

By creating a waxTable account or using the service, you accept these terms and enter an agreement with Buzzi AI, the company behind waxTable. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to it throughout.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Workspaces use four roles:

• Owner — accountable for billing and member management.
• Admin — manages members, settings, and security controls.
• Member — creates and edits documents.
• Viewer — read-only access to shared work.

MFA is required for Owner and Admin roles on Business and Enterprise plans. The full security picture is on our Security page.

waxTable is an AI document workspace fronted by Waxe, an AI operations manager that drafts proposals, scopes, contracts, invoices, and more — designed fresh around your brand rather than poured into a template.

Waxe produces drafts and finished documents to help you work faster. You stay responsible for reviewing what it produces before you send it, the same way you'd review work from any colleague.

• Don't use waxTable to generate content that infringes third-party rights or breaks the law.
• Don't evade rate limits, scrape abusively, or interfere with other workspaces or the service.
• Respect the privacy of contacts you import — only upload data you have a lawful basis to process.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the service except where the law expressly allows.

The documents you create and the outputs Waxe drafts for you are yours. You grant Buzzi AI a limited licence to host, process, and display that content for one purpose only: to operate the service for you.

The waxTable platform, the Waxe persona, our software, designs, and brand marks are and remain the property of Buzzi AI and its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms don't grant you any right to use our brand without prior written consent.

waxTable is sold as usage-based credits: every task deducts credits for the AI work it actually uses — never per-document pricing. Plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay — or PayPal for international payments — and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of taxes: customers paying from India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at a fixed conversion shown at checkout, plus GST at the prevailing rate; international payments are zero-rated exports of services under our Letter of Undertaking, with no Indian tax added.

All payments are final — waxTable does not offer refunds. Upgrades take effect {b}immediately{bEnd}: the unused balance of your current plan is adjusted against the first payment of the upgraded plan, and from the next cycle the upgraded plan's full price applies. Downgrades take effect {b}from the next billing cycle{bEnd}. Cancelling stops renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then ends. We work hard to keep waxTable reliable, but the service is provided {b}“as is” and “as available,”{bEnd} without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. You're responsible for reviewing Waxe's output before relying on or sending it.

Waxe uses large language models to draft documents — proposals, scopes of work, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, invoices and related material (“Generated Content”). Generated Content is a drafting aid and a starting point. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and using waxTable creates no attorney–client or other professional relationship. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying it, and for getting independent professional review, before you rely on it, sign it, or send it to anyone.

We do not guarantee that Generated Content is accurate, complete, enforceable, or compliant with any law, regulation or standard that applies to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzi AI disclaims liability for loss arising from reliance on Generated Content without independent professional review — including loss arising from contractual terms, indemnities or liability clauses inside a generated document.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzi AI and its directors, employees, and suppliers won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Any claim must be brought within three months of the event that gave rise to it, and our total aggregate liability for all claims is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 50. These limits apply however the claim is framed — contract, tort, statute or otherwise — and they survive termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold Buzzi AI harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of the content you put into the service, your misuse of it, or your breach of these terms — except to the extent the claim results from our own wrongdoing.

This indemnity covers claims by your clients or any third party who receives a document you generated, sent or shared using waxTable — including claims about its accuracy, its legal effect, its pricing, or its compliance with any tax or regulatory requirement. You decide what to send and to whom; the consequences of sending it are yours.

You may stop using waxTable and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms with reasonable notice; serious security, legal, or abuse incidents may be acted on immediately.

• Export your workspace data before you close the account.
• On termination, we delete or return your data on our published retention schedule unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Buzzi AI is registered in Kerala, India, and the courts at Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below. If any provision is found unenforceable it is limited or severed to the minimum extent needed, the rest stays in effect, and our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it.

Any dispute that isn't resolved within 30 days of written notice will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue are Kerala, India, and the proceedings are in English. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court.
