Refund policy

waxTable does not offer refunds. No fine print, no exceptions to hunt for — here's exactly what that means and how your plan behaves when you change or cancel it.

This document is written in English. The English version is authoritative, and any translation is provided for convenience only.

FinalAll payments are final once charged — no refund window
AdjustedUpgrades credit your unused balance against the new plan's first payment
Period endDowngrades and cancellations take effect when the paid cycle ends

waxTable is sold as usage-based credits — billed on simple, visible boundaries. We don't offer refunds; instead, every plan change is designed so you never lose what you've already paid for.

01

Our principle

Rather than promising refunds and wrapping them in conditions, we keep the money rules simple: payments are final, your plan always runs to the end of what you've paid for, and upgrades credit your unused balance forward. Start on the Free plan and upgrade when Waxe has earned its place.

02

How plan changes work

  • Upgrade — takes effect immediately. The unused balance of your current plan is adjusted against the first payment of the upgraded plan; from the next cycle the upgraded plan's full price applies.
  • Downgrade — takes effect from the next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's full capacity until then; nothing is refunded for the difference.
  • Cancel — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then simply doesn't renew. No partial-period refunds.

Spotted a billing mistake?

The no-refund policy is about plan choices — it never applies to our mistakes. If you see a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, email billing@waxtable.com from your workspace owner address and we'll correct it:

  1. You email billingStep one

From your workspace owner address, tell us the charge and the invoice number. No forms, no hold music.

  2. A person reviews itSame business day

Every report is read by a human — usually the same day it lands.

  3. Errors are corrected7–10 business days

A confirmed billing error is reversed to your original payment method.

  4. We confirm in writingOn its way

You get written confirmation the moment the correction is sent.

Period end
Corrections for confirmed billing errors go back to your original payment method — the only wait is your bank's, not ours.
05

What is never refunded

  • Charges for a period you've started — cancelling stops the renewal, not the current cycle.
  • Unused credits, downgrades, or a change of mind after a charge has gone through.
