Built for how deals actually get done
Close deals 10x faster straight from email & WhatsApp
The enquiry arrives on WhatsApp. The site photos arrive on WhatsApp. The follow-up, the haggling and the approval all happen on WhatsApp — and then someone opens a blank document. Forward it to Waxe instead.
- Same-hour turnaround
- No card required
- Voice notes welcome

The gap
The deal is done on WhatsApp. The paperwork is stuck on a desktop.
Every proposal tool on the market assumes the brief arrives as a form. In practice it arrives as a forwarded message at nine at night, and the person who can turn it into a quote is the person you least want doing data entry.

The round trip
Message in. Finished document out.
No new app for your team to learn, no login for the person who only needs to approve something once a month.
- Say it, don't type itA ninety-second voice note carries more scope than most people will ever type into a form.
- Know when they read itThe link you send back reports opens and read depth, so the follow-up lands while the deal is warm.
- Signed without a print shopE-signature is built in. The signed copy files itself back into the project.

The other half of the inbox
Email Waxe just like a coworker.
Not every brief arrives as a voice note. Forward the enquiry, copy her on the thread, attach the tender document — she reads it the way a colleague would, asks only what she genuinely needs, and comes back with the finished thing.
- Forward it, attachments and allTender packs, spec sheets, a marked-up PDF, a chain of forty replies. She reads the thread, not just the last message.
- Copy her on the threadLeave Waxe on cc and she keeps the deal's context as it moves — so the SOW that follows already knows what was agreed.
- She replies with the documentA tracked link and a branded PDF land back in the same thread. No new app for anyone to learn.

Who this is for
If you quote bespoke work, you are the reason this exists.
These are the businesses that write a genuinely different quote every week — and lose senior hours doing it.

Fit-out, interiors & MEP
Site enquiries and drawings arrive as photos. Turn them into a priced quotation the same day.
IT services & integrators
Scope, licences and man-days priced from your own rate card, in a proposal that looks like the work.
Agencies & event managers
Retainer, campaign or production quotes with a design your client will actually remember.
Business-setup & advisory
Package proposals, engagement letters and scopes generated from a single briefing note.
The questions that decide it
Including the two everyone asks about — language support, and tax compliance.
How do I send a brief to waxTable on WhatsApp?
You get a Waxe number on the Pro plan and above. Forward the client's message, record a voice note, or send a photo of a marked-up drawing. Waxe replies in the same thread with a link to the finished document.
Does Waxe understand voice notes?
Yes. Send a voice note in English describing the job — scope, rough timings, what you want to charge — and Waxe transcribes it, structures the scope and prices it from your catalogue.
Does waxTable support Arabic documents?
Not today. Documents are generated in English, and the interface is English. Arabic and right-to-left layout are on the roadmap, and we would rather tell you that now than have you find out after the first document.
Is waxTable compliant with national e-invoicing mandates?
No, and it does not claim to be. Those mandates require structured XML cleared through an accredited provider. waxTable produces business documents and tax-line quotes and invoices for your own records — it sits upstream of your accredited e-invoicing tool, not in place of it.
Can I add tax to a quote?
Yes. Tax lines and totals can be built into the pricing on any quote or invoice waxTable generates. What it does not do is file or clear those documents with a tax authority.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Subscriptions are priced in US dollars. Local-currency display is not available yet — another thing we would rather state plainly than imply.
Do my clients need WhatsApp to receive the proposal?
No. WhatsApp is how you brief Waxe. What comes back is a normal tracked share link and a branded PDF, which you can send however your client prefers.
What happens to the WhatsApp messages I forward?
They are used to produce your document and are stored against that project so Waxe keeps the context for the next one. They are not used to train AI models.
Your next enquiry is already in your pocket.
