Two views, one pipeline
Your projects live in one place, and you choose how to look at them. The list view is for scanning and detail; the board view is for moving deals along. Switching between them never changes the underlying projects — only how they're presented.
The list view
The list is best when you want to read across many projects at once — to find a specific deal, compare them, or work top to bottom through what needs attention.
- Scan every project in a compact, sortable row layout.
- Sort to bring the most relevant deals to the top.
- Reorder by dragging when you want a manual priority.
- Open any project to see its documents, phase and status.
The board view
The board shows your projects as cards arranged in columns by stage. It's the natural way to run a pipeline: drag a card from one column to the next as the deal progresses.
Open the board
Switch from list to board to see your projects as cards in columns.
Read each column as a stage
Columns map to where a deal is in your process — see Project phases & status.
Drag to move a deal
Pick up a card and drop it into the next column to update its stage in one motion.
Open a card for detail
Click into any card to reach the project's documents and history.
When to use which
| You want to… | Use |
|---|---|
| Find one specific project quickly | List |
| Compare many projects side by side | List |
| See your whole pipeline at a glance | Board |
| Advance a deal to the next stage | Board |
Most teams keep the board open day to day and drop into the list when they need to hunt down a particular project or work through a long backlog.
Tips for a clean pipeline
- Keep one project per deal so each card means one thing. See Workspaces, projects & documents.
- Move cards as soon as a deal changes stage, so the board always reflects reality.
- When a deal is won, reuse its documents rather than starting fresh — see Reuse client & deal context.
