Who Waxe is
Waxe is the persona at the heart of waxTable: an AI operations manager who does the work a senior person normally does before a single invoice goes out. You describe the job in plain language, and Waxe turns it into a finished, on-brand document ready to send.
If Cursor is the AI co-pilot for writing code, waxTable is the AI co-pilot for writing the documents that win and run the work.
What Waxe does
For any of the eleven document types, Waxe carries the judgement that type needs — a proposal persuades, a contract protects, an invoice gets paid. It does four jobs in one pass.
- Plans the structure that fits the document type.
- Prices the work and does the underlying maths.
- Writes persuasive, accurate copy and fills sensible gaps.
- Designs the page around your brand colours, type and logo.
Original documents, not templates
Waxe does not fill in a template. You choose a design direction — the overall spirit you want — and Waxe composes an original document in that direction around your own brand. There are five directions to choose from.
- Clean & Minimalist
- Premium Editorial
- Bold & Vibrant
- Creative & Layered
- Immersive & High-End
To understand why this matters and how to pick one, see No templates: five design directions.
Where Waxe fits in your work
Waxe does not stop at the first draft. It stays with you through review, sending and reuse, so the same context carries from a won proposal into the scope, contract and invoices that follow.
You brief
Tell Waxe about the job, or point it at a brief, email or notes.
Waxe drafts
It plans, prices, writes and designs — already on brand.
You review
Edit in a real paginated editor, by typing or by telling Waxe what to change.
You send and reuse
Approve, send from your own domain, then reuse the deal's context for the next document.
You stay in control
Waxe is a capable colleague, not an autopilot. When it suggests a change, you preview it and decide — nothing alters your document until you approve. You can always edit by hand instead.
