Try Waxe first for document fixes
For anything inside a document — wording, structure, pricing, layout — Waxe is the fastest route. Tell it what's wrong, preview the proposed change, then accept or reject it. Nothing changes until you approve.
How to reach us
Email is the most reliable way to reach support, and it gives us a written record to work from.
Email support
Write to support@waxtable.com from the address on your account where you can.
Describe the problem
Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead — concrete beats vague.
Attach the evidence
Include a screenshot, the project and document name, and any error message you saw.
What to include
A few details turn a back-and-forth into a single, complete reply. Include as many of these as apply.
- The project and document name, or a link to them.
- What you were trying to do and what went wrong.
- The exact error message, copied or screenshotted.
- Your browser and version, and whether a different browser behaves the same.
- For billing issues, the date and amount of the charge.
- The steps to reproduce the problem, in order.
Account, security and urgent issues
Some matters need extra care. For account access and security, we verify your identity before making changes — that protects you, even when it adds a step.
- Lost access or a suspected account compromise — flag it as urgent.
- Anything that looks like a security or privacy concern — see Data security at waxTable.
- Legal, data-handling or contract questions — our legal pages carry the specifics, and support can point you to them.
Before you write in
A quick self-check often saves you the wait. Many issues are already covered with a fix you can apply now.
- A stalled draft — see Generation failed or stalled.
- A document that looks wrong — see A document looks wrong.
- Sign-in trouble — see Login & access issues.
- A payment problem — see Billing & payment problems.
