What you're seeing is what you'll send
The waxTable editor shows the real, paginated document — what you edit is exactly what your client receives. That's a feature: most layout problems are fixable right there, in place, before anything goes out.
Text or content overflowing a page
If a section runs past the bottom of a page or a block looks clipped, it's usually content that's longer than the space allows. The editor flows overflow onto the next page, but you can tidy it deliberately.
Trim or split the content
Shorten an overlong paragraph, or split a heavy section into two so it breaks cleanly.
Place a page break
Insert a deliberate break where you want a section to start fresh — see Pagination and page breaks.
Ask Waxe to rebalance
Tell Waxe the section is too long for the page and let it propose a tighter version you can preview and accept.
Broken tables, images or media
A stretched image, a table spilling off the edge, or media that won't sit right is nearly always a sizing issue you can correct in the editor.
- Resize an oversized image so it fits the column.
- Reduce columns or wrap text in a table that's too wide for the page.
- Re-insert media that failed to load the first time.
- Reorder sections if a block has landed in the wrong place — see Sections and reordering.

Missing logo or off-brand colours
Waxe designs each document around your branding profile, so a wrong logo or off colour almost always traces back to the profile rather than the document.
- Confirm your logo is uploaded and current in your branding profile.
- Check you have both a light and a dark version where the design needs one — see Logos: light and dark.
- Verify your brand colours and fonts are set correctly — see Brand colours and fonts.
If it still looks wrong
A quick reload clears most one-off rendering glitches, and an unsupported browser is a common hidden cause. If the layout is genuinely broken after that, we'd like to see it.
- Reload the document and confirm the glitch persists.
- Check you're on a supported browser — see Browser support & requirements.
- Capture a screenshot of the problem to send with your report.
Then head to Contact support.
